Homogenious mixing.

Our dry mortar mixers are produced in 2 types: centrifugal paddle - anchor type and Helozonic - Ribbon type. In construction chemicals plants, our company recommends Ribbon type mixers for more efficient mixing and in gypsum plants, we recommend anchor type mixers. It is designed in a structure that will ensure homogeneous mixing of the mixture inside.

The mixing efficiency of the mixer can be checked by taking a sample before the mixing is completed. A specially designed pressure stabilizer is installed to balance the pressure inside the mixer. The mixing process takes place between 4-6 minutes for different products. After this process, the mixture is shipped to the packaging bunker.
